Cancellation & Refund Policy

TRAVEL CRM SOFTWARE believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:

Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made immediately after placing the order. However, the cancellation request may not be entertained if the orders have been communicated to the vendors/merchants and they have initiated the process of shipping them.

You can cancel your subscription plan any time by sending cancellation request by emailing us at info@travelscrm.com

If You choose to terminate your subscription prior to the end of your plan AMC subscription, no refunds or no credits will be provided for payment You made for your subscription. At the time of termination or after the termination, Travel CRM Software reserves the right to delete all your account content and related details. Your content cannot be recovered once your Subscription is cancelled.

In case of bookings, As per our policy customers will be get refund the amount within 7-10 working days for Hotel, Bus, Tour & Visa service. For the air ticketing refund will be proccesed by the airlines policy if we get refund from airlines customers will be get refund within 10-15 working days and Cancellations charges and Processing fee applied on the refunds.


Refund, Change, And Cancellation Policy:

Payment, Refund, Change, and cancellation policy depends on airline individual policy which is a part of our services. If you buy your ticket from the website, the relevant conditions will be printed on your ticket, otherwise, you need to get detailed information/conditions from your ticket issuing office at the time of ticket purchase/issuance. The conditions are subject to change at any time without prior notice. We will follow supplier’s (Airline/ Hotel/ Others) policy for cancellation/ reissue/ refund.

In case of complaints regarding products that come with a warranty from manufacturers, please refer the issue to them.

In case of any Refunds approved by the TRAVEL CRM SOFTWARE, it’ll take 9-15 days for the refund to be processed to the end customer.
